Disappointed
Disappointed that no one at West Paw responded to my email that what I ordered would not arrive in time. You could have atleast told me that once the order has been shipped that it is my responsibility to deal with ups to make delivery changes. As it is my order was delivered when you said they would be, but we had left to be with family for Christmas…and what I ordered were intended for doggies in CA. I guess I was spoiled by Amazon’s quick delivery service. I ordered a $100 worth of products on 12/3/25 and they were delivered on 12/17/25. I hope they’re still by the door when we return in January.

GSDs Love These!!
Both my German Shepherds were instantly attracted to the fur on these, they're thrashing them around and carrying them through the house, laying with them to chew on - instant favorite!!
