*Please note, West Paw only provides pre-paid return labels in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.

To exchange an item for a different product, you have 2 options:
First, submit a new order for the replacement product. Then contact our Customer Experience team at: with the new order number.
We will then provide you with a return label for you to use when shipping back the product for a refund/credit.
