Returns & Exchanges

At West Paw, we're in it for the wags! We want you to be happy with our products and if you're not, we crafted a no-fuss, Love It Guarantee® to make it easy for you to exchange or return product(s).

Returns:
Simply mail your return(s) back to us with a copy of your packing slip:

*Please note, West Paw only provides pre-paid return labels in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item for a different product, you have 2 options:
First, submit a new order for the replacement product. Then contact our Customer Experience team at: Westpaw@Westpaw.com with the new order number.
We will then provide you with a return label for you to use when shipping back the product for a refund/credit.

*Please include a note stating which product(s) you'd like in exchange along with your contact information. When we receive the return, we will process the credit and apply it to your account.

Defects:
We fully guarantee our products against defects in material and workmanship. If something seems amiss, please don’t hesitate to contact us for a replacement or refund.
