West Paw's Zogoflex® and Seaflex® products are BPA-free, phthalate-free, latex-free, and non-toxic. We use material and processes that are US FDA-compliant to the human food packaging standard, CFR 21-177 (ecfr.gov). West Paw toys are sold around the world so we also have our toys tested against the European Child Toy Safety Standard, Toy Safety Directive (2009/48/EC).
We always recommend supervised play with your pup. If you notice any damage or missing pieces, we advise taking the toy away and no longer allowing them to play with it.

Before our toys reach your beloved pet, we evaluate their durability with a carefully chosen group of dogs known as the Chew Squad! Based on their feedback, we sort our toys into three categories: Gentle, Moderate, and Tough. However, we also know that every dog has their own unique chewing style and preferences, which means that not every toy will be the perfect fit for every pup. But don’t worry! If your dog manages to damage a toy, we’ve got your back with a one-time free replacement under our Love It Guarantee program.
Recently, some of our Zogoflex Echo toys, including Zwig and Skamp, have moved from the Moderate to the Tough Chewers category. While these toys are designed with a hollow structure that may affect their overall durability, they offer a unique squishy texture that many dogs find highly engaging. This stimulating sensation can enhance the chewing experience and often contributes to a longer lifespan for the toy.
Please note that the Toppl Stopper is not a toy and is intended to be removed before giving the Toppl to your dog. Other products in our Feeding Accessories are not intended for focused chewing.
Air-Dried and Freeze-Dried treats are safe for pets to consume.
Our Freeze-Drying method eliminates harmful bacteria by subjecting them to extremely cold temperatures, while our Air-Drying process utilizes high pressure and low heat to eradicate harmful bacteria while retaining essential nutrients in the treats.
Before giving your dog West Paw treats, we recommend consulting with your veterinarian to ensure that they are suitable for your furry friend's specific needs and health status. Since we may not have all the information about your dog, your vet can provide personalized advice on whether these treats are a good fit.
You can easily clean your Zogoflex® and Seaflex® toys in your home dishwasher's top rack. It's super convenient and safe! Just make sure to dry them completely between uses to keep them in top shape.
If you happen to notice any soapy or sticky residue on your toys after running them through the dishwasher, don't worry! We've got a super simple solution for you. Just grab some white vinegar and use it to remove the residue.
Also, to prevent any further buildup, you may want to consider switching your dishwasher detergent for the next cycle. It's important to make sure you clean and dry your toys thoroughly before storing them between uses. This will prevent any growth of mold or bacteria.
Just a friendly reminder - if your water heater is set to a higher temperature than usual or if you have a high heat setting on your dishwasher, it can potentially cause your toys to melt during the washing cycle. Please be mindful of your specific circumstances and proceed with caution when using these appliances.
Please be aware that Zogoflex and Seaflex toys may be hot to the touch immediately after running them through a washing cycle.
We do not recommend use of our products in the microwave, blender, food processor, oven, or toaster. They have not been tested under these conditions. However, you may use them in the refrigerator and freezer if you wish.
You can put anything (doggy safe) that you want into your treat toys and accessories!
West Paw offers a variety of enrichment products that are designed to be filled with treats, frozen for a refreshing snack, chased for active play, washed for easy cleaning, and enjoyed by your furry friend!
Puzzle Toys:
Puzzle Toys, Toppl, Qwizl, Tux, and Rumbl, are ideal for pairing with West Paw's delicious treats. Our Freeze or Air-dried treats work great with all toy shapes and when combined with our Creamy Treats, they will keep your pet happily engaged and entertained for hours.
Freezing:
Looking to add some excitement to playtime, or cool off on those hot summer days? All West Paw enrichment toys can be frozen with tasty treats inside.
Try some Greek yogurt and Bison Lung pieces frozen in a Toppl with the help of the Toppl Stopper, or opt for low sodium chicken broth and a Montana Beef Stick frozen in a Tux.
To make frozen treats for the Qwizl, use a water bottle ice cube tray to mold your dog's favorite treats into cylindrical shapes, for a refreshing Pup-sicle!
Pro Tip: Small and Large or Large and Extra Large Toppls fit together for an interactive tumble toy! We recommend using dry treats or kibble that will fall out gradually to maintain your dog's interest and engagement while they play.
The Toppl Stopper is not a toy and is intended to be removed from the Toppl before giving the toy to your dog.
Slow Feeders and Lick Mats:
Does your pet eat too quickly? The Feast Mat serves as both a lick mat and a slow feeder! Simply sprinkle a mix of tasty treats and kibble into the deep side of the mat to encourage a more relaxed eating pace. Once mealtime is over, flip the mat over to transform it into a soothing lick mat that can help calm your pup. Just like our enrichment toys, you can freeze food and treats in the mat for an extra refreshing experience!
The Feast Mat is designed for mealtime enrichment and is not a toy. Since it is made from similar materials, we recommend removing the mat once your dog has finished eating to prevent it from being used as a chew toy.

When it comes to choosing toys for your furry friend, size matters. Picking the right size toy for your dog is crucial to ensure their safety during playtime. Here are a couple of guidelines to help you decide.
Toys that are too small can pose a choking hazard, while toys that are too big may be too difficult for your pup to enjoy. To ensure the safest choice, consider your dog's size and breed when selecting toys. It is important to consider your pet's face shape when selecting the appropriate sized enrichment toy. For dogs with flat faces, it's advisable to choose a larger size for the Toppl toy or opt for a Tux toy as an alternative.

After your dog's favorite toy has been thoroughly loved, chewed on, retrieved, carried, buried, dug up, and cuddled, just send it back to West Paw. Old toys are sanitized, ground up, and fed back into our machine to make completely new, bouncy, bright Zogoflex & Seaflex toys. Nothing diminishes the strength of Zogoflex or Seaflex—it can literally be recycled infinitely.

All shipments are sent via FedEx, UPS or USPS (unless expedited) and typically arrive within 4–10 business days, depending on your distance from our Warehouse in Bozeman, MT. This flat rate applies only to residential addresses in the contiguous U.S.and is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or wholesale/retailer orders.

Important notice regarding expedited shipping services: Orders placed after 10:30am MST will ship the following business day (essentially adding one business day to the shipping time). For example, if you choose "FedEx 2-Day" after 10:30 a.m. MST on Tuesday, your order may not actually ship out of our facility until Wednesday. It will be in transit for two days, arriving Friday.

All our products come with a Love it Guarantee. We’ll replace toys, treats, and accessories that aren’t up to snuff within 6 months of your purchase. Replacements are limited to once per design, per household.
We guarantee our stuff is not only tough, but thoughtfully well-made. We don’t guarantee it’s totally indestructible, because normal wear and tear is, well, normal, but we think you won’t find anything that lasts longer, tastes better, or performs smarter (while being oh-so-sustainable). Just don’t let your pooch use their dog bed as a chew toy—that’s what chew toys are for! (Pro tip: chew toys will also save your furniture, shoes, books, and, well, basically everything, while being kind to your dog’s teeth.)
If any product isn’t living up to its intended purpose, check in with the retailer where you bought it first so they can show you something that works better. If you’d like, we’ll replace it with something better suited to your dog’s behavior (one time per design). If you’re outside the US, your retailer will handle this for you.
