West Paw cares for our employees like family.
From our office workers to our factory teams, we are committed to operating with the utmost caution to protect employees from the spread of COVID-19. Our policies are in keeping with current CDC guidelines and common sense health and safety standards.
West Paw COVID-19 Safety Policies
- Masks are required throughout the entire facility, building, or officing when social distancing cannot be maintained. (West Paw provides all team members with multiple masks.)

Safety glasses are required on the production floor at all times.

Employees work in designated small group clusters, or "pods," limiting overlap with other teams.

When space allows, workstations are spaced at least six feet apart. In areas of our facilities where six feet spacing is not possible, masks are required at all times.

Hand sanitizing stations are set up in multiple locations around the facility. Permanent sanitizing stations have been created in high-touch areas.

Shared electronics (computers, iPads, etc.) are cleaned and sanitized daily.

Cleaning Captains are assigned to each area for every shift, ensuring health safety protocols are followed.

Break rooms are set up to maintain social distance and are sanitized frequently.

All parts of our buildings and facilities are cleaned and sanitized regularly.

Team meetings are held only in wide-open areas to maintain social distancing.

At all entrances and exits, signs are places to outline protocols, including what to do if you do not feel well.

COVID Paid Time Off is provided if a West Paw team member is under quarantine due to COVID-19.
