This moose is her favorite!

November 13, 2017

My three-year-old lab received this as a gift last year and she absolutely adores it. She can be hard on toys, but she's very gentle with her little moose. She trots around the house with it and nudges it into laps when she wants attention. Needless to say, it's her favorite toy! I LOVE that it was made in the USA and recycled materials! From a practical standpoint, I like that the squeaker is quieter than most, how nicely it's held up, and that it is machine washable.

Madison Moose

My 9 year-old border collie loves to play with his Madison Moose and hear the squeak. He keeps it in his bed and sometimes uses it for a pillow. This toy lasts for months, much longer than the smaller stuffed toys.

Madison moose

Our Labradoodle loves this moose! He also has the Grizzly and has chewed it since he was 8weeks old. He is 7 months now. The toys have held up well to his constant attention and the toys are adorable.

Oh Madison...

I'm sure this is a wonderful toy for many dogs, but if your little guy bites and pulls his toys at the same time, don't waste your time with this one. It literally lasted 90 seconds in his paws. I was in the middle of telling my roommate about how great the reviews were for Madison's durability and Charley ripped off the first leg. The timing was like a poorly scripted sitcom. I'm guessing he's not meant to have any plush toys.

Red Moose and brown Bear

I love that these are Made in America!! And they are of firmer stuff than the Chinese ones, also. My dog doesn't use the squeaker on any of his toys, just likes to cuddle and carry them. I am very satisfied with the quality.

Decent but missing something

December 20, 2014

The design is cute and it is nice and soft, but my dog is utterly uninterested in it. He smells it for a second and bites down and then walks away. Maybe if it made a more appealing sound? I'm not sure but it wasn't cheap so Im hoping he has a change of heart.

Love all West Paw!

April 22, 2014

Only West Paw Toy Wyatt has lost in three years, and that is due to him wandering away with it and not remembering to carry it back. These toys are the most durable out there and made in the USA! What's not to love?!

bullwinkle the moose

I would like 5" too and Dino I killed in 30 seconds. I like the other material, not hemp. But love your toys. My mother has to go on a peanut butter & jelly sandwich diet for a week when buying 8" and bigger and I am a litter dog 18 pounds. Thanks

Had a good Christmas $80.00 worth of West Paws Toys. Can't be that.

Not as durable as I'd like

July 01, 2013

I purchased Madison Moose at a local pet store as my JRT's favourite stuffed toys seem to be the Berber ones. She loves to attack her toys and acts like she's trying to eviscerate them. Within days she managed to create a bald spot on Madison's side and a few days after that she really did eviscerate the poor thing. The stitching holding Madison's stomach together let go and Cleo happily pulled out the stuffing. I managed to rescue Madison, put the stuffing back in and stitch him back together. So far Madison is surviving, but he's a sad looking moose. I wish he'd held up better, but maybe my expectations are too high.
